Accreditation

American SurgiSite Centers can coordinate all efforts, activities and functions pertaining to inspections.

Since 1987, ASC has led and coordinated all efforts, activities and functions pertaining to state and federal medical inspections. This includes HIPAA compliance, state department of health inspections, site visits from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and accreditation surveys by organizations such as AAAHC and JCAHO.

We provide end-to-end services that extend throughout the duration of the survey process. Prior to inspection, we analyze and review a client’s surgical facility needs and prepare all required facility materials, including policy and procedure manuals, quality assurance, and risk management programs. During the actual inspection, we coordinate and interact directly with accreditation officials.

Partnering with ASC, you will have access to and assistance with the following specific services and processes:

  • completion of all inspections and issuance of Certificate of Occupancy;
  • issuance of a state license;
  • final inspection from the state department of health;
  • licensure reinstatement; and
  • final Preparation for a Deemed Status survey.
