Prior to a scheduled EMR update, you should make sure that your internet settings have been set to delete your browsing history automatically. Most of the time, this is already set or you can ask your IT professional for verification.
In order for the update changes to apply, you will need to clear the browser cache on all computers using iMedicWare.
It is a space on your hard drive where certain elements from websites, like images that are used on multiple web pages, are automatically downloaded and stored. Your browser will then access these elements, such as the iMedicWare logo, directly from the cache instead of loading it from scratch every time. This allows you to browse faster and more smoothly.
