Aside from hiring a contractor and continuing all necessary licensure, we are on site with the physician owners as they start to assemble their surgery center—everything from hiring a nursing staff to finding the right phone plan. We facilitate governing body meetings as often as necessary, and are well-aware that there is no such thing as an “unimportant” detail.

Once construction is complete, equipment installed, and preparation for inspection underway, we conduct all necessary staff orientations and training with each piece of equipment including computer hardware and software.
