Once the project is set to move forward, American SurgiSite provides a detailed oversight for the developing ASC. At this point, a strategic plan, complete with architectural renderings and a projected budget and timeline will be set to move forward.
We guide our clients though financial documentation, a construction budget, and competitive bidding. During this phase, we handle necessary accreditations and provide continual budgetary projections.
Additionally, American SurgiSite assists in establishing a governing body, and preparing both governing and medical staff bylaws. Once approved, we prepare regulations for the facility including a policies and procedures manual.
The licensure and accreditation packets are then completed and all remaining forms are drawn up. We interview all physician owners to confirm their supply and equipment needs, and finalize design and cost analyses.
