If you’ve called the Support Desk recently, you may have had to opportunity to speak with one of our Support Desk personnel – Eddie or Amanda. They take ownership of all support incidents from initial contact through resolution for any Level One technical support requests.  They will follow up with any other parties and ensure that each incident is resolved in a timely manner and to each client’s complete satisfaction.

For even faster service please:

  • Include a screenshot with your ticket request. If the incident is escalated to Level Two programming, IMW requires a screenshot.
  • Be as descriptive and detailed as possible in your request
  • Please give as much contact information as possible with your request:
    • Name; e-mail address; work and cell phone numbers; contact information after hours; alternate personnel if you are not available
